Delivery to a Mondial Relay point free from 100 € of purchase

• At a relay point by Mondial Relay (2 to 8 working days*): €4.50
• Standard at home (2 to 8 working days*): €16

* Average time observed after preparation of the order. In the event of absence, the delivery person will leave you with a calling card and you can reschedule a delivery.

Return a product to us

You have 15 days to make your return request online.

From France

The return is free from France to the post office by prepaid Colissimo label.

1. Within 15 days of your order, declare your return online via our returns form , indicating your postal code and order number.

2. Prepare your package with the product(s) to be returned with the correct summary of the order (present in the package upon receipt).
3. Print the prepaid return label and stick it on your package.
4. Drop off your package at a post office , requesting proof of posting .

From international

Returns from international locations are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Declare your return online by writing to us on our contact form .
2. Prepare your package with the product(s) to be returned with the correct order summary (present in the package upon receipt).

Important reminder

The product must be new, it must not have been worn, washed or altered. It must be returned to us in its original packaging with its cardboard label attached.

Once your package is received and checked by our teams, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the product(s) returned within 15 days.

Depending on the condition of the product, HENRY-PARIS reserves the right to refuse the return of the product. Under these conditions, if the product is refused, it will then be returned to the customer and the shipping costs for this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
